I promised some people here a small fanfic for the IMAGINE song.



Metro City was full of sights and sounds that attracted people. It was Saturday night....Megamind had taken Roxanne out on the town with Minion to dinner. Then as they were passing by a street of local 'bars' he heard the awful voices of people 'attempting' to do renditions of the John Lennon classic 'IMAGINE'. He sneered and held Roxanne close to him.

"Let's go in there.....I'll show those people how it's supposed to be done."


Megamind said. Minion just shrugged, looking to Roxanne who raised her brows. Well this could prove to be....interesting? "Um....sure...."

She chuckled a bit nervously as Megamind pulled her into the bar and went to the Karaoke DJ and whispered. There sat a shorter guy with dark hair and bronze skin , awaiting to do the same song...but as soon as he saw...Megamind, he bolted from his chair and went to Megamind.

"Oh god I love you...I'm your biggest fan! Do the song with me?"

Megamind's eyes widened a bit but he thought....Sure how bad could it be? Soon enough the two were seated on stools as the music began and they read the lyrics on the screen. Megamind wasn't the BEST singer, mind you....but he did have a good voice...adding in the guy's name and an "Uh Uh" in between, which had people laughing.

Roxanne and Minion were snickering quietly, but it WAS cute...They WERE doing better than others who had TRIED to do the song.

He also added "We're not over--we're not done yet." People laughed again...Even with the accent the shorter guy did pretty well. Megamind kept looking at Roxanne as he was singing.
At the end people applauded and both of them stood.

"Well Sir that was....good...^__^"

"Ofcourse it was! I'm a Mega singer." Roxanne rolled her eyes and shook her head, "Sure you are. Let's get going before he decides to do another one." She whispered to Minion.

I took Roxanne out to a movie today. Then to the Metrosity Grand Ballroom where I hired the band KISS to play as I whipped out a mic and asked her to marry me. She said YES. Presentation! We've still to set a Date for the Wedding but I still need to let Minion know what she said. He has to be my Best Man afterall.

Wanted to thank those who responded my Megamind role play request. I look forward to RPing with you all!

I'm big on Megamind so I decided to re-do my journal theme. Life is good. The Holidays are here. I'm pretty calm as well. Well, this is a short entry as I'm off to work!

Cool stuff:
My friend and I went to the college and this one girl said "I love you! Have my babies!" which was so random but funny as hell.
We had fun in the dorms and as usual I got a lot of compliments on my outfit. Some Japanese students seemed to like my costume as they pointed at me.
Then we were in the neighborhood and this lady answered her door and asked if we came for the party. These teenagers came and one knew who I actually was and the other one squealed and hugged me saying "HAKUSHAKU!" xD Apparently the two were having a party and their mother thought WE were guests who had just arrived, LOL.
That's the first time on Halloween anyone knew who I was while trick or treating.

Annoying stuff, etc:
This one girl at the off-campus dorms was rude, though. She said "Aren't you guys a bit old?" and tried asking us our ages and said "Just how old ARE you?" We refused to answer because it's like, none of her business. To me, trick or treating is not just for kids up to the age of whatever. I know damn well some parents use the excuse of going WITH their kids so they can get candy, too. My own mother did. She had a bag of her own and trick or treated WITH me, even when I was old enough to go out alone.
We only got a couple people that noticed we WERE older trick or treaters. In my eyes, trick or treating is for whoever WANTS to do it, not JUST kids. I've seen college people doing it, too.
And no, I may not be 20 years old but you're only as old as you FEEL.
So people can tell me "You're too old to trick or treat." and so on, but there's just an obvious difference of opinion there.
I personally don't give a shit what people think.
I've had some people a lot older than me say it's not just for kids, too.
I don't believe you have to be 12 years old to go trick or treating. I stopped at 19 and began again in 2004.
I don't live with my only living parent who saw me with a bag of candy in 2004 and said "Aren't you too old for that?".
Dad can think what he wants. Don't care. Candy is Candy.
Anyway, have a Happy Halloween, peeps.

Kumoricon was awesome but it never lasts long enough.
3 days zip right by as well as the rest of my vacation. Now I wait 12 months for the next con...*sigh* I began to get sick this past Saturday night with a chest cold and throat swelling, which I'm still battling. I didn't want to go into work on Monday but the cake decorator guilt-tripped me by saying well the manager and I are sick, too and we're here. Which they are sick as they were both hacking all over the place, too. so I just went in and made the best of it and actually had a good day. Yesterday was good, too, but boring as hell. I left an hour early. I'm still trying to get better. But am just too lazy to buy any cold medicine. I've just been trying to rest more. I feel kind of groggy right now....


I want my wife......in my arms.

1) What was your first cosplay?
Actual First: It would have been in 2000 when I was Nick Wolfwood from TRIGUN. But I kinda don't count it because it was for Halloween, not for a Convention.
Otherwise it is The Count of Monte Cristo.

2) How did you first get into cosplay?
I decided when I found out Oregon actually HAD an Anime Convention and one that I could make it to. Then I began preparing The Count costume.

3) How many conventions did you go to in 2007 and which ones?
Kumoricon is the only Convention I can afford to attend.


4)What are your top 3 Anime fav’s?
Patalliro! Gankutsuou and Hellsing.


5) Who is/are your favorite Anime characters?
Bancoran from Patalliro! The Count from Gankutsuou and Alucard from Hellsing.


6) Would you leave your significant other for this character if he/she came to life?
No. Because I *am* the Count and Bancoran. Nyaa.
My significant other is much like Maraihi from Patalliro! and Mercedes from Gankutsuou. She is perfect.

7) What’s your favorite cosplay.
Count of Monte Cristo & Patalliro!

8) What is your DREAM cosplay?
To be the hottest Bancoran ever. And I WILL be.
I'm already the hottest Count. Nyaa.

9) Do you admire any cosplayers?
I admire those who put a lot of work into their cosplays. I don't admire the ones who just buy something off the internet and throw it on. I think Cosplay should have a lot of effort, unless you're running out of time, that is an exception. But I always plan way ahead. I did with my Bancoran and Count outfit.

10) What future cosplays are you planning?
Bancoran from Patalliro! I will be Cosplaying him two days at Kumoricon this year.

11) What is your worst convention experience?
Kumroicon 2005. My first time going. One of my contacts irritated my eye so bad I messed up my make-up getting it out and didn't bring it with me to fix my make-up. So I had to leave early.
Thusly, every year since I bring all I need.

12) What is your favorite?
Kumoricon 2007. Seems like each year it just gets better. And I love it.
I've made new friends and keep in contact with them via email, MSN, etc

13) Last question, any cosplay crushes?
If I did, it'd be my wife if she was able to attend the convention with me. But she isn't really a 'crush'. She is my beloved.

I'm cheered up quite a bit....My Kumoricon friend, Rachael, still has a spot for me in her room. She's a Kumoricon Staff member so I will only be paying her $100 for the room. I've asked her to get me a parking pass for the needed days as well.

I'm still very bummed that my love can't come.....but I am glad I won't have to drive there everyday or take Max. I know this will make her happy for me at least....I'm going to make sure I get lots of footage for her to see and pics.
